Amanda Fitzgerald, PT, DPT, PRPC
Physical Therapist 
info: Dr. Amanda Fitzgerald is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist in New Orleans. Her movement philosophy is ‘Movement is Medicine.’ Her most common patient care techniques include manual therapy combining joint mobilizations, dry needling, and soft tissue mobilization with Pilates-based corrective exercises and movement. Dr. Fitzgerald graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017, achieved Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certified Specialist in 2021, and has been certified in Pilates through PhysicalMind Institute® since 2005.
Dr. Fitzgerald is a wife and mother of two, a dog mom to a rescue border collie. She enjoys spending her free time practicing Pilates and aerial trapeze and creativity through crafting, gardening, cooking, traveling, and daydreaming.

Whitney Braswell Fedor, DPT, PRPC
Physical Therapist
info: Dr. Fedor earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2012. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Psychology/Biology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 2009. Whitney has advanced training in pelvic health with a Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace education. Also Whitney has been dry needling since 2014 with a KinetaCore certification for needling of the full body and pelvic health specific impairments.
Whitney has a specialized interest in treating pelvic health patients’ women, men and pediatrics where she has been serving the greater New Orleans area since 2015. Whitney is a new mother herself where her desire to help enhance the treatment of pelvic floor impairments was only fostered following the birth of her son.
Whitney enjoys doing anything outside especially water related and spending time with her friends, husband, son, and dog.

Lizzy Milner, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
info: Dr. Milner earned her Doctorate of Physical therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2016. She attended the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi where she earned the Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Minor in Psychology. She has worked in outpatient settings since graduating, treating various patient populations, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurological conditions, and pelvic health. Lizzy is certified to practice dry-needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. She also has completed Pelvic Floor Level 1 training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Andrea M. Thompson
Office Manager 
info: Andrea is originally from the Bahamas. She has lived in 2 countries, 4 states and 10 different cities. She received a bachelor of science degree in Business from Southern University in New Orleans and is a certified Health Coach. She spent 20 years in the luxury hospitality industry as an Events and Sales Manager before venturing into the healthcare world. Prior to her current position, she grew her customer care and service skills as a Patient Services Manager at an Integrative Medicine Center. She enjoys a healthy lifestyle and spends most of her time exploring activities that contribute to a life of balance and wellness. She travels whenever she gets the chance and enjoys cooking, reading, dancing, coaching and spending time with her family and friends.
