New Year, New You: Sign-Up For Therapydia Nola Boot Camp Classes
Boot camp workouts are quickly becoming one of the fastest-growing strength and conditioning trends today. They are designed to be high intensity workouts that combine strength training and aerobics into one. Boot camp classes are typically 1-hour long and start with dynamic warm ups and various mobility exercises designed to get your body primed to work safely and effectively. The main body of the boot camp workout session is comprised of different strength and aerobic conditioning exercises. Therapydia Nola Boot Camp classes will consist of the following exercises:
- Body weight
- Kettle bells
- Plyometrics
- Agility
- Suspension training
Our Nola Boot Camps are led by Dr. Jonathan Burke. Jonathan received his Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine in 2006. Jonathan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His goal is to deliver an effective exercise program to help each client reach their optimum level of fitness. Class sizes will be kept small to ensure each client receives personal instruction.
