Rivers Rae
It is with great joy and a full heart that I announce the newest member of the Therapydia Nola Team. Rivers Rae Burke made her grand entrance on April 30, 2014, at 1:43 pm. She weighed 7.2 lbs and was 19.5 inches long. As a first time parent, experiencing the miracle of life was truly amazing. I was blown away by my wife’s strength throughout the delivery. I believe it was her strength that allowed me to stay calm. Rivers immediately stole our hearts. We are adjusting to our new roles as parents. With each new noise or look she makes, we fall deeper in love. It didn’t take long for us to realize we never knew what it meant to be tired, ha.
