Donuts are AMAZING! Simply the best “cheat” on any healthy eating plan! But you do not have to feel guilty about doing so. There is even a way to make the decadence of a donut more healthy than it’s original counterpart! We all deserve treats, IN MODERATION! It is okay to indulge, it is not okay to over indulge.
