It is Friday, and for most of us this means the end of the work week! And the perfect time to start thinking about next week. It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if your weekdays are anything like mine, preparing a healthy breakfast daily is almost impossible. Having a healthy breakfast prepared in advance helps get the weekday mornings off to a great and NUTRITIOUS start! Think about what you and your family like, prepare it, and refrigerate it.
